A date has been set for the trial of a motorist accused of careless driving after a collision with a motorbike in Rickmansworth.
Warren Chellar, 45, is accused of driving without due care and attention during an incident in which a Honda car collided with a motorbike.
Chellar, of Hornhill Road, Maple Cross, is alleged to have pulled out of Field Way into Uxbridge Road into the path of the red Yamaha DT 50, on Friday, November 30.
The male rider was taken to Watford General Hospital and there was damage to the motorbike after the collision with the nearside of the motorbike.
The defendant pleaded not guilty at a previous hearing and was not required to attend Dacorum Magistrates Court on Tuesday when the trial was set for Thursday, July 3, at Watford Magistrates Court.
