Court date for dispute between Watford Borough Council and developer Stuart Taylor moved

A court hearing over plans to renovate the old Sun Clock Tower in Watford has been moved to next month.
Watford Borough Council and developer Stuart Taylor are set to go to Watford County Court on November 2.
The case will resolve a dispute that broke out between the council and Mr Taylor shortly after he started work on a renovation to turn the clock tower, in Ascot Road, into offices.
