Man found dead in Cassiobury Park

A man has been found dead in Cassiobury Park this afternoon, police have confirmed.

A large area of the park has been taped off close to the Rickmansworth Road entrance, with a tree taped off inside the initial cordon.

Police cars, a fire engine and an ambulance are at the scene as well as a park ranger’s van were in attendance at around 3pm.

Hertfordshire Constabulary confirmed a man had been found dead after being initially called due to concerns for the welfare of a male.

so WO oh great and knowledgeable one - where is the follow up on this please? How did the man die? also what about the follow up to the woman in her 30s in whippendell woods am i right to be concerned and continue to avoid walking my dog in those areas or was it a fuss over nothing?
