Watford Mencap holds charity event
Almost 150 staff and members from Watford Mencap danced the night away at their annual celebration at Watersmeet in Rickmansworth.
Guest of honour at the charity event on October 19 was Councillor Kemal Butt, Chairman of Three Rivers District Council who joined in with a conga line during the evening.
ActOne ArtsBase performed a dance for people with disabilities at the end of official business. Carolyn Murphy, who was attending her first Watford Mencap AGM, said: "It was a very enjoyable and informative first meeting for me.
"It could be seen by the enthusiastic entertainment that everybody was having a good time."
