Police deploy helicopter in Mill End manhunt

The police helicopter and ground units in Mill End are hunting for a man who fled from police this afternoon.
The man is described as a white male wearing a black hoody and black trousers and anybody who sees him is urged to dial the emergency 999 number.
Witnesses reported seeing the police helicopter circling the town at around 2.30pm while a number of cars carried out a search on the ground.
