Residents in Abbots Langley took the opportunity to buy some early Christmas gifts at an annual charity rainbow fair last weekend.
Abbots Langley Methodist Church in Langley Road held its annual calendar event last Sunday (November 11) and many residents turned out to enjoy a raffle, Christmas market and tombola.
The fair was officially opened by volunteer Jenny Studman and the money raised went towards church funds and Dacroum Emergency Night Shelter (DENS).
DENS assists homeless residents in Dacorum to find a shelter for the night as well as permanent accommodation.
