A young baby was checked over by paramedics following a car fire in north Watford this afternoon.
Fire crews and paramedics were called to the fire in The Harebreaks at 12.41pm.
The baby, believed to be nine weeks old, was examined by paramedics but did not require hospital treatment.
Ambulance spokesman Gary Sanderson said: "The baby who we believe to be nine-weeks-old was given a thorough examination by paramedics and did not require to travel to hospital."
