Staff, patients and doctors from Spire Bushey Hospital, have raised almost £5,000 for prostate and testicular cancer charities.
Having joined forces with patients and staff from Elstree Cancer Centre, the 22-strong team let their moustaches grow for Movember.
To mark the end of the event and cash collected, the group gathered for a shave-off at Elstree Cancer Centre, courtesy of Radlett barber Mario Dsourou, who had also been growing a moustache for the cause.
Sarah Bradley, who works for Cancer Partners UK which runs Elstree Cancer Centre, said: "It's great that so many men signed up, enabling us to raise so much cash.
"Perhaps more importantly, it has prompted people to talk about these cancers and learn about the risk factors and symptoms.
"Most of the team took advantage of Mario and his cut-throat razor, although a couple of them have decided to keep their moustaches for a little longer."
