Lane 4 closed on M1 between Watford and Hemel Hempstead after two-vehicle crash

A lane has been closed on the M1 between Watford and Hemel Hempstead after a two-vehicle crash this afternoon.
Lane four has been closed northbound as emergency services deal with the accident.
The closure is causing traffic congestion in the area.
