Broken-down bus blocking Bushey Arches

A broken down bus is blocking the road by the Bushey arches, causing long traffic queues in Watford.
Bus engineers are currently working on the vehicle, which is stuck on Chalk Hill.
Cars cannot pass the bus in order to access Eastbury Road, but can still drive up Chalk Hill.
