Children across Bushey were able to meet the busiest man on the planet on Friday (December 21), when Santa Claus visited the town.

At a special Christmas Runaround party hosted by Hertsmere Leisure, Father Christmas dropped in for the festivities at Bushey Grove Leisure Centre in Aldenham Road, Bushey.

Under-fives enjoyed a bouncy castle, games with hoops and balls and soft play.

Paul Toomey, centre manager, said: "The children had a special surprise this year at their Christmas Runaround Party as Santa dropped in to see them before his Christmas Eve duties.

"The children had plenty to occupy them with a bouncy castle, soft play and activities laid on by staff including games with balls and hoops. It was a great way to wind up for Christmas."
