Rickmansworth Lawn Tennis Club in Meadow Way given £2,000 council grant to improve clubhouse

A Rickmansworth tennis club has been handed a £2,000 council grant to improve its clubhouse facilities.
With full membership setting you back £250 per year, Rickmansworth Lawn Tennis Club in Meadow Way boasts 10 all weather courts and a licensed bar.
The club enjoys a particularly high membership of young people and holds regular coaching sessions.
The grant will enable the club to install a suspended ceiling and insulation in the clubhouse to provide a more comfortable waiting area for parents while their children attend coaching sessions.
The money was donated from Hertfordshire County Council’s locality budget.
