Police arrest man with knife in Watford

Police were called to reports of a man hitting vehicles in Queens Road on Thursday.

When officers arrived at about 6.30pm, a person who saw the man hitting cars said he was also carrying a knife.

After finding a knife nearby the police arrested a man.

Mark Gradkowski, a 32-year-old from Chestnut Walk, has been charged with possession of a bladed article in public, and bailed to appear before Central West Herts Magistrates Court on Jan 22.

how nice! it was my mums vehicle he hit and he also asked her aggresively (sp) if she wanted some trouble when she got out her car to ask what he was doing, this is the 1st we have heard about happened to him, wat police have told her nothing, and when she called for an update on they had non of her details, only another lady that had also called them, thanks wat obs for informing us ( she also didnt know till reading this that he had a knife)
