Van smashes through garden fence in Kindersley Way, Abbots Langley

An out of control van smashed into a resident’s garden fence in Abbots Langley after his handbrake failed.
The transit van lost control in Kindersley Way at 6:10pm yesterday evening (Wednesday), and as a result smashed into and broke the resident’s garden fence.
It is thought the driver’s handbrake had failed to secure the van.
