Police appeal for witnesses after walking stick and handbag theft in Addiscombe Road, West Watford

A medical walking stick and handbag have been stolen after a vehicle was broken into in West Watford yesterday.

Police said the incident happened in Addiscombe Road in the late afternoon.

The suspect is described as a white clean shaven male, about 6ft tall, aged between 30 and 40 years of age and was wearing a grey jacket at the time.

Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on its non emergency 101 telephone number.

How many times do people need telling?

Whilst I feel sorry for the person involved, I can't help but feel that it is incredible in this day and age that people still do it.
