Two friends had a bit of a disagreement which turned into a wee bit of fisticuffs. The two have probably shook hands by now and laughed about it over a beer or two by now. Seen it happen many a time.

Do we really need to tie up valuable emergency resources over this?

You couldn't be further from the truth. I don't sit on a PC at home - I'm out and about on my smartphone, your assumptions are making you look quite silly. I have no reason to hide behind a pseudonymn (e.g like your good self) and any one who wanted to challenge me could quite easily track me down with a bit of a google search. In fact I would quite welcome face to face debate.

So what's your point caller?
