The Watoto Children’s Choir perform in Bushey Baptist Church in Chalk Hill, Bushey

The Watoto Children’s Choir, which featured on Gary Barlow’s Commonwealth single for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, brought a riot of colour to Bushey Baptist Church in Chalk Hill, Bushey, last night.
The 22 youngsters from Uganda performed a concert for more than 200 children from local school choirs in the afternoon and then a concert for 200 adults later in the day.
Watoto runs a charitable care programme that supports orphaned and vulnerable children and women in Africa, and is on a fundraising tour during the next five months.
