Hertsmere councillor, Leslie Winters' surgery at North Bushey Baptist Church cancelled

The regular surgery held by Hertsmere councillor Leslie Winters at North Bushey Baptist Church in Park Road, Bushey, on Saturday has been cancelled.
Councillor Winters is recuperating after undergoing routine surgery.
