Children will get the opportunity to flip pancakes aboard a steam boat in Nash Mills to raise money for a young person’s charity.
Reach Out Plus, a charity dedicated to supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, has organised the steam canal boat trips during the half term to celebrate Shrove Tuesday.
Youngsters will get the chance to make pancakes, with their choice of fillings on the trip during half term between February 18 and February 22.
The four hour trips will start and finish at the Nash Mills Recreation Centre in Red Lion Lane from 10am.
The trip costs £10 for adults and £5 for children under 16. To book a trip contact 0845 216 0081or email admin@reachoutplus.org
