Met line services suspended between Watford and Harrow-on-the-Hill after signal failure

All Metropolitan Line services between Watford and Harrow-on-the-Hill have been suspended due to a signal failure.
Other Metropolitan Line services are still running but are subject to severe delays due to the signal problem at Harrow-on-the-Hill.
Tickets are being accepted on local buses and Chiltern Railways services.
