That Purple Flag is so handy for mopping up blood. Perhaps it is worth what we paid for it.

Images reminiscent of Beer Street and Gin Lane continue to plague our high street. Controlling the clubs as a way of dealing with this type of shocking behaviour is only part of the solution. There is a huge social, marketing, policing and NHS infrastructure which has grown quietly and organically to support this behaviour and is expected to be provided. Until there is a political determination to control the many public displays of anti social behaviour such as swearing, spitting, drunkenness littering we will continue to assume that assaults etc are merely part of the norm of the night time scene. What sort of work force are employers left with are such weekends?

Why are they using glass in the club? many others in Watford are required to use only plastic bottles and glasses for this reason

Mohandas you are right on so many levels...society is lacking in one major element and that is respect - not just for each other but in some cases respect for yourself!

Plastic glasses in the Barcelona Bar ??
Never.
This is clearly a hi-quality classy top-end bar that should be taken seriously.
Do you really think a bar of such luxury & sophistication would survive its clientele by insulting them with plastic glasses ?
