Police have arrested a wanted man from South Oxhey this morning.

Hertfordshire Constabulary released an appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of Phillip Emmanuel, 48, from Newquay Gardens, after a missed court date last week.

He had been due to appear at St Albans Crown Court in connection with a robbery.
