A domestic abuse centre for anyone affected in Hertsmere is now open every Friday between 10am and 12pm.
Hertfordshire Constabulary’s Head of the Harm Reduction Unit, Detective Inspector Duncan Sales and Hertsmere’s Mayor, Councillor Pat Strack were at the official launch last Friday (March 8).
The clinic, run by volunteers, will offer advice, information and support for anyone affected by domestic abuse in Hertsmere.
It runs a free and confidential service from The Big Local (Community Shop), Leeming Road, Borehamwood.
