Teenager found dead named as Solomon Ngugi Teenager found dead named as Solomon Ngugi

The body of a teenager found in Thorpe Crescent, Oxhey, has been named locally as Solomon Ngugi.

Police were called at 5.45pm yesterday after the 16-year-old was found.

Daniel Phillips, from Herts Police, said: "Officers attended immediately but sadly a 16-year-old male was pronounced deceased at the scene.

"The incident is not currently being treated as suspicious and it has been passed to the coroner to investigate."

He was always so polite that he touched everyone with his wonderful smile. Cha Cha have lost a wonderful person who always wore such an infectious smile. My thoughts are with the family during this very sad time.
