Watford Cycle Hub offers cyclists free bike health checks

Bespoke cycling advice and sports massages are on offer at a weekend of bike-related fun.
Watford Cycle Hub’s Spring Event takes place from 10am this Saturday (March 23) at the Holywell Community Centre.
On Saturday there will be repair and maintenance classes and free bike health checks, as well as sports massages.
On Sunday there will be guided rides, obstacle courses and skills sessions.
Bikes will be available for hire and there will be a Sunday lunch from the African Caribbean Association for £7.
