Olympic gold medalist and Watford boxer Anthony Joshua inspired young children to get fit as he joined them at a keep healthy event in Abbots Langley.
Anthony encouraged children to take part in a obstacle course at the ‘Get Fit/ Get Healthy’ event organised by the Abbots Langley, Park Street & Radlett Children's Centre on Friday.
Jeannette White, team leader from the children’s centres said: "The event was very well received and Anthony was brilliant with the children.
"He spoke with them about his gold medal and inspired them to go on and achieve their dreams, like him."
