Election 2013: Polling stations close
Polling stations in Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere have closed following a day of voting in the Hertfordshire County Council elections.
Votes in Watford and Three Rivers are due to be counted tomorrow morning and Hertsmere’s will be declared tonight.
