  • Labour increase seats from three to 15

  • In Three Rivers Labour gain from the BNP, Conservatives hold three seats, Lib Dems hold two
  • Labour gain one seat and hold one in Watford.
  • Lib Dems hold their four Watford seat.
  • Greens wiped out at county level after losing their only seat in Callowland Leggatts.
