Cadets treated a Hertsmere Borough councillor in a mock emergency on Saturday.
The re-enactment of a road traffic accident was part of the Hertsmere Volunteer Police Cadets’ annual team-building May Day bank holiday weekend.
Councillor John Donne, the stunt casualty in the exercise, said: "It was brilliant being able to help out with the activities during the cadets’ team-building weekend.
"The weekend is not just a chance to have fun, it encourages young people to try new things and push themselves."
The four-day event at Gilwell Park Scout Activity Centre, Chingford, also saw around 15 teenagers tackling a zip-wire, taking aim during rifle-shooting practice and facing a fear of falling with the fan descender.
