A Radlett man put himself through a "spirit crushing" obstacle course to raise money for charity.
Parrus Doshi, of Links Drive, Radlett, took on the Tough Mudder challenge last week to raise cash for Fight for Sight.
The 24-year-old said: "I had a great time doing it even if I was left stiff and aching - ultimately I was relieved."
The challenge, which aims to test mental grit, stamina and camaraderie, has been described by organisers as "spirit crushing".
