A man has been charged with causing criminal damage after police were called to a Watford address yesterday morning.
Jamie Harrowell was arrested outside a house in Pinner Road after police received a 999 call at 2.03am.
Police received reports of an argument between two people taking place, which resulted in an item being thrown through a living room window.
Mr Harrowell, 27, of Melsted Road, Hemel Hempstead, is due to appear before West Hertfordshire Magistrates Court on May 23.
