A spring fair helped raise some much-needed funds to redecorate a Bushey church’s hall.
The Church of St Peter, in High Road, welcomed over 100 people to the event, which ran from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday.
Attendees could enjoy a cream tea and a variety of games such as shuffle board, matches in a box and the metal wire challenge.
With adults and children in attendance, the event managed to raise just over £630.
One of the organisers, Anne Swerling, said: "We’re so grateful to everyone who came - every little helps.
"For a couple of hours work it was all worth it - both adults and children seemed to really enjoy the afternoon’s activities and there was just a lovely atmosphere."
