Free horse-drawn carriage rides offered in Cassiobury Park, Watford
There are a limited number of free places for the open carriage rides, which will be drawn by two dapple grey horses around the park and Whippendell Woods on Saturday, September 14.
The park ranger, Debbie Brady, will uncover the history of Cassiobury Park as well as highlighting some lesser-known points of interest, like the gruesome tales of what happened to the first Earl of Essex who lived on the estate.
The ride will be rounded off with free coffee and cake at the Cha Cha Cha cafe.
There are two rides planned, one at 12pm and the other at 2.30pm.
To book a place on either of the rides, contact 01923 278972 or email@example.com
