GLEN JACKSON has paid tribute to the Saracens coaching staff for turning him into the most prolific kicker in the Guinness Premiership.
The likeable fly half has scored 128 points so far this season and boasts a kicking success rate of 88 per cent. He is odds on to surpass the 314 he racked up last year and end the season as the man with the most deadly boot in the league.
"That's full credit to the coaching staff and the people in the team," said Jackson.
"We've had a bit of luck with injuries, but I do believe we are going in the right direction. Personally, I'm really enjoying the freedom that the backs have been given this season and that's made for very enjoyable rugby. Apart from the odd result it's been a good season for us so far and there is no reason to think that won't continue."
