Young brothers, Ben and Eddie, from Rickmansworth complete Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge
Two Rickmansworth brothers completed the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge in 10 hours and 22 minutes, smashing the 12-hour time limit.
Youngsters, Ben, 10 and Eddie, 9, climbed the three mountains on Saturday with their father, Tom Hardman.
The Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge takes place in the Yorkshire Dales and includes the successful climbs of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough.
The challenge includes more than 24 miles of walking and 5,000 ft of climbing.
Setting off at 7.40am, the Arnett Hills J.M.I School pupils, completed the challenge at 6.02pm.
Their mother, Cathy, said the boys are seasoned climbers, having scaled more than 65 Welsh mountains each.
Mrs Hardman, of Jordans Road, said: "The boys have done brilliantly.
"As a family, this is just the sort of thing we do and we always try to do these climbs in the spring or summer when the weather is good, so they get to the top and see these incredible views."
Mrs Hardman said the boys were very tired after the challenge, but were back in the pool for their swimming lessons two days later.
