Business Excellence Awards finalists announced
After a tough four months of judging, the region’s most celebrated business awards competition has announced its finalists.
Now entering their seventh year, the Business Excellence Awards, sponsored by a host of blue chip companies and supported by the Watford Observer, invited business leaders from Herts, Bucks and north and north west London to showcase their business acumen to a panel of judges.
Free to enter, these prestigious annual awards were open to organisations and individuals, whether in the public, private or third sector – regardless of size or industry.
Co-chairman of the organising committee, Jackie Withey from Alliotts chartered accountants, said: “The 2013 awards have drawn an unprecedented number of entries and we are stunned by the exceptional level of growth, success and innovation the entrants have displayed.
“We’re taking this as an excellent sign that the region’s business community has fought its way to success through the tough economic climate.”
The winners will be announced at a gala awards dinner hosted by Michael Portillo, which will be held on at Shendish Manor on Friday, September 27.
The awards committee would like to take this opportunity to thank all the businesses that took the time and effort to enter this year and wish all the finalists the very best of luck.
