Watford Colosseum's new director, Tim Brinkman, 'thrilled' with new role
The artistic manager of Australia’s largest arts centre has been named as the new venue director of the Watford Colosseum.
Tim Brinkman has spent the last three years finding performers for the four theatres of the Arts Centre Melbourne.
He has booked everything from orchestras to "War Horse", and a record-breaking season of "One Man, Two Guvnors".
Mr Brinkman previously worked for Arts Council of Great Britain as Executive Director of Basingstoke’s Haymarket Theatre and Director of South Hill Park Arts Centre.
He said: "I'm thrilled, the Colosseum has a great track record as one of the country’s leading venues and I'm greatly looking forward to being part of building its vibrant future."
Tim takes up his position as venue director on Monday, December 2.
