Man to wear pink everyday for a month to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month
A man whose mother was treated for breast cancer is planning to wear a pink suit every day for a month as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Peter Collins aims to raise awareness by wearing pink clothing everyday for a month. Some days he will wear a tailor made suit donated by Steed Tailors.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is an annual international health campaign organised by major breast cancer charities every October to increase awareness of the disease and to raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure.
The campaign also offers information and support to those affected by breast cancer.
To date, 38 people have donated on Mr Collins' Virgin Money Giving page and he has raised a total of £693.00 of his £1,000 target.
