Mark National Inclusion Week at work
Workplaces are being encouraged to get involved in National Inclusion Week which runs from October 7 to 11.
National Inclusion Week is an annual week of activities and events, highlighting the importance of inclusion in the workplace across the UK.
It provides workplaces with a unique opportunity to engage with people who are passionate about inclusion in the workplace and beyond.
Hertfordshire County Council said they are committed to promoting the diversity and equality in everything they do - to improve the quality of life of everyone living in, working in and visiting Hertfordshire.
This is reflected in their Equality Strategy and Equal Opportunity policy ‘Putting People First’; both of which set out how they will seek to achieve real and lasting progress for the diverse groups and individuals that make up the communities in Hertfordshire.
