Watford's strongest men to compete for charity at Watford Martial Arts Centre
Some of Watford’s strongest men will compete in a charity event next month.
Watford’s Strongest Intermediate and Hertfordshire’s Strongest First Timer competitions will be held at Watford Martial Arts Centre, in Sydney Road.
The charity event will be to raise money for a wheelchair for Paul Phillips, who has Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD).
The competition starts at 11am on Sunday, November 3 and the head judge will be World’s Strongest Man competitor, Rob Frampton.
There will be donations to enter the event, which will go to charity, and there will be raffle tickets available and a small auction with prizes including tours round Wembley Stadium.
