At which school was this picture taken in 1978 - Langleybury or St Paul's?

If you are interested in the history of south west Hertfordshire then our new nostalgia publication, Watford in the 20th Century Volume 3, is essential reading.
The book, researched and written by former Assistant Editor of the Watford Observer, Oliver Phillips, is packed with facts and memories of the 1960s and 1970s.
A limited edition publication, the book is available for sale at selected outlets and by all accounts sales are brisk.
While Oliver contributed thousands of words for the publication, our photographers Pippa Douglas and Holly Cant, and reporter Adam Binnie, delved into our photographic archives to come up with more than 300 images published during the period.
However, this picture was not published as there was insufficient detail to accompany it.
It shows pupils around a table laden with fruit and vegetables and what appear to be jars of jam.
As it was taken in July 1978, it would not be related to a Harvest Festival event.
The caption the editor had was "St Paul's Langleybury Fete", however St Paul's is a primary school and the children appear to be of secondary school age.
So, our guess would be pupils of Langlebury Secondary School attending St Paul's School summer fete, but as we could not be sure, we omitted the picture.
Can you solve the mystery? Are you in the picture?
