Kings Langley’s MP Mike Penning has reached the halfway mark of moustache-growing for Movember.
Mr Penning said: "It’s got to the itchy stage and people keep asking me if I’ve got an acting part in an Edwardian costume drama.
"Seriously though, it’s a fun way to raise awareness for some very serious issues. One in eight men will develop prostate cancer in their lifetime.
"Men are notorious for not going to the doctor if they think something might be wrong. I urge anyone who has any concerns to visit their local GP."
The annual Movember campaign in the UK raises funds for three strands of men’s health, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health.
