An appeal lodged by Mr Neil Cottrell against Hertsmere Borough Council’s decision to refuse the demolition of an existing building to build three detached houses in Loom Lane, Radlett has been rejected.
The appeal hearing was held on October 16, where the appeal was dismissed and conservation consent refused for the demolition of the existing building.
The council said they refused the appeal because the site lies within the Radlett (South) Conservation Area.
