Three Watford youngsters were summoned for hooting and yelling.
PC Goodship said that at about 10.20pm, he saw the defendants creating a disturbance outside the King’s Head public house, High Street. He asked the defendants to stop.
The men moved a little further up the street and shouted out again as loud as they could.
Two were fined 10s, the third 12s 6d.
