Aldenham Parish Council has been in discussions about how to reduce the visual impact of the council depot building within Phillimore Recreation Ground.
Next week there will be contractors in the grounds who will be planting hedging and saplings in front of the depot building to enhance the greenery in that area.
A spokeswoman at the council said: "Obviously this planting will take time to mature, but it is envisaged that this planting will go some way towards screening the depot building."
