A charity has received a council cash grant to run an IT course for people with learning difficulties from Rickmansworth.
Watford Mencap has been given £500 from Hertfordshire County Council to hold the six-week course, which is aim at increasing participants' employment prospects, at West Herts College.
The money has come from the council’s locality budget.
