An open air carol service was held under Bedmond's night sky this week.
Bedmond Village Task Force together with Bedmond Village School held the event outside Bedmond Village Hall.
Councillor Joy Mann, who represents Bedmond and Primrose Hill said: "The event was very well attended and the congregation were most enthusiastic and sang well-known hymns loud and clear despite the cold. The evening ended with a cheerful and warm gathering in the hall itself, with people drinking mulled wine and eating mince pies and lots of laughter."
The singing was led by Reverend Jo Spreadbury, who is vicar of Abbots Langley Parish, which includes the congregation of The Church of the Ascention in Bedmond.
