A Rickmansworth choir were “delighted” to perform at a “beautiful and uplifting ceremony” at a Northwood hospice at the weekend.
The Lemon Tuesday ladies choir sang to staff and patients of the Michael Sobell Hospice, based at Mount Vernon Hospital, on Sunday.
The Christmas carols were sung for the hospice’s Light up a Life remembrance ceremony.
Martin Smith, the choir’s musical director, said: “We were delighted to be asked to perform again at the Michael Sobell Hospice’s Light up a Life ceremony.
“It is a beautiful and uplifting ceremony and we are glad to be able to contribute to helping people remember their loved ones in a very special way.”
