A group of amateur actors will take to Croxley Green for the twentieth year this weekend to perform the traditional story of St George.
Croxley Mummers will be out on Sunday, December 22, performing a play about St George and how he defeated the Dragon.
All the money collected from the play will go to the Watford Peace Hospice.
Over the years, more than £5,300 has been raised.
This year’s play will be performed at the following times and locations:
11.15 am All Saints Church, Scots Hill, Croxley; 12.00 pm Dickinson Square, Croxley; 12.30 pm The Red House, Watford Road, Croxley; 1.30 pm Coach and Horses, on the Green; 2.15 pm The Artichoke, on The Green; 3.00 pm The Sportsman, Scots Hill, Croxley.
