The Co-operative Childcare nursery in Watford Junction Station has been crowned nursery of the year at the annual Co-operative Childcare awards.
The awards, which took place at the NEC in Birmingham, recognised nurseries which have achieved outstanding results and demonstrated excellent relationship building skills.
The Station Road nursery received the accolade based on its consistently positive feedback from parents.
Nursery manager, Sarah Hurn, said: "It is fantastic that we have been awarded the nursery of the year for the London North area.
This is a big achievement for the team who consistently work hard to ensure we provide the best possible learning environment for our children.
"We pride ourselves on our high standards of nursery care and being recognised with this award is a brilliant way to end, what has been a highly successful year for our team."
The nursery, which cares for children from three months to five years of age, has a large outside play area with climbing frames and an undercover play area which enables the children to play outside in all weather conditions.
